1. Use a “P.S.” at the end of your ad copy. This is where you either want to repeat a strong benefit or use a strong close like a free bonus or giveaway. Using P.S. at the end of your article creates a sense of urgency in the buyer and you will increase your recruitment and sales.
2. Publish a free ebook and give it away from your home based business site or in your newsletter. This will increase your traffic, purchases and e-zine subscribers. Create a eye catching picture to have as the link for the e-book download.
3. Create multiple streams of income with your profitable home based business web site. You could sell your own products, join affiliate programs, sell advertising space, etc. It is important to diversify in network marketing. Get your name and programs out there for people to see.
4. Give your visitors compliments in your ad copy. This will earn their trust and put them in a good mood, in return they will be a lot easier to market too. If you have sold something to someone and you give them a compliment they are more likely to return to you to purchase something else, rather that going to someone else.
5. Create new products or services only if there is a strong need for them. You won’t have anyone to sell them to if you don’t have a solid market. Just because it seems like a good idea at the time doesn’t mean it will be successful. Before you go out and spend hundreds of dollars, do a bit of research and see what people want, then look for a program to fill this void.
6. Sell your other services to your customers right after they order. Show them to a “Thank You” page that includes other services you sell. If someone has had a good shopping experience they are more likely to buy something else from you straight away. Make sure the products you are showing them are relevant to the product they just purchased.
7. Sell a few programs on your home business web page instead of selling a huge amount of products. To many choices can overwhelm your visitors and they won’t buy anything.
8. Include content and free stuff on your home based business webpage that promotes the products you’re selling. If your customers don’t read your ads, they may read your offerings. Make them easy to download and have an e-mail capture form included with your product so you can add the buyer to your newsletter list.
9. Remind your visitors that you’re human and not just a web page. You could publish information on your family life, a picture of yourself , a profile, etc. When trying to create a profitable home based business and sell your products, you need to sell yourself. People buy more often if the transaction is personalised.
10. Provide a “Contact Page” on your web site. Give your visitors as many options to contact you as possible. This will add credibility to your business. People wont purchase something if they don’t think you are trustworthy. You need to build a good reputation and standing with your consumers to get future sales.
