“Many people worry about what other people will think of them. But few realize the world forms its opinion of us, largely from the opinion we have of ourselves.” … Les Giblin

Your confidence and ability to attract people who will want to do business with you does not come from telling people you are successful. Rather, the confidence and ability to attract comes from within you.

This confidence and ability to attract others begins with your inner being. Your inner being is who you really are. It is your honesty, integrity, and willingness to do for others with a strong emotional conviction to be a servant to others needs.

Too often we are more focused on what we want and need, rather than focusing on our prospects, downlines, and customers. The key to success, as Zig Ziglar has said, is to “help enough other people get what they want.”

When you strive toward developing as a leader and marketer who others will want to work with, remember to take your eyes off yourself and focus your eyes on your prospects, downline, and customers. Doing this will allow your inner being to surface.

When you feel good about helping others, you will feel better about yourself. When you feel better about yourself, you will project a sense of confidence in the air that others will be attracted to.

Make it a priority to focus outward and to help others. Lead as an example for your team and lead with action. Let your actions speak for you and let your actions speak as your personal opinion of yourself. Build your confidence and enjoy your journey to success.
